Oh Me, Oh My

It's probably a good thing I live so far south from this little gem because I would most likely NEVER leave. Three Boars, located in Edmonton, Alberta, is one of those restaurants practicing food service the way it should be. For example, their team travels every Saturday to a local Farmers Market to stock their pantry will fresh vegetables and local meats. Therefore, their menu changes often keeping locals refreshed and excited about their next meal. Of course, being a total design freak, the menu isn't really what sucks me in- that'd be the clever interior design. Wood adorned walls, lovely use of typography, and a paper faux taxidermy mount of a boar? Yeah, I'd be in heaven for sure!
